Values & Beliefs

We are a non-faith based, non-political, non-governmental humanitarian organization.  Our response to any disaster or crisis is in order to mitigate human suffering and preserve the dignity of effected populations.

Values & Beliefs

That all human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights.

Humanitarian Imperative

That action should be taken to prevent or alleviate human suffering arising out of disaster or conflict and that nothing should override this principle.

Humanitarian Charter

Expresses our conviction as a humanitarian agency that all people affected by disaster or conflict have a right to receive protection and assistance to ensure the basic conditions for life with dignity.

They are the backbone of our organization.   They are closest to those we serve and deliver on our promises.   We empower them by fostering an environment that encourages their effective and continued involvement.

Philanthropic Partners

They are the pillars of our organization.   We deepen these relationships through trust, accountability, communication, results and service, thereby encouraging their continued support.

We are supremely flexible and seek out collaborative and beneficial relationships with other organizations on behalf of those we serve.

We deliver on our promises and demonstrate full honesty thereby developing trust in relationships with all stakeholders.

We practice vigilant stewardship over the resources entrusted to us for the benefit of those we serve by exemplifying competence, efficiency and effectiveness.

As leaders within the humanitarian community we conduct ourselves in a manor consistent with an organization that others might strive to emulate.
